The power of decision. Life never gives you what you desire but what you decide. He talked about the story of Jabez, the second influence is about the prodigal son . Prodigal son wished and arose to go back to his father. He quoted that if you don’t stand for something you will fall for anything. He urge us to decided on what we wish to get. What you decide is what you possess  2. Power of foresight. It has to do with knowing the end right from the beginning. He quoted that what you see is what you get. If you can see the glories end, you will possess it. Your hands can hold it if your eyes can see it. He made an advise to picture how the convocation would be.
